Brilliant yellow with golden overtones Is a lovely combination of tradition and evolution. Serving temperature: 10-12º C (50-53º F).
Harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins. Gentle pressing to obtain and use exclusively first-run must. Fermentation is carried out in new oak barrels for three weeks (each grape variety separately) and is followed by 3 months’ aging on the lees.
