Cherry red color with violaceous hints. Ripe red fruit with spicy touches. Complex and subtle with lively acidity and notes of coffee and bitter chocolate.
Carbonic maceration in two phases with partial harvests and traditional treading of the grapes. Malolactic fermentation performed in the presence of their fine lees and these are removed periodically (batonage). Ten months aging in French & American oak barrels.
