Due to its small size is very highly regarded because the tree produces a large amount of fruit with a relatively high oil yield of 20.5%. From a chemical viewpoint, this oil is excellent due to the composition of fatty acids and the abundant presence of natural antioxidants.

Olis Solé is a family business since 1824. Along five generations of history, they have been growing olive trees and producing high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the village of Mont-roig del Camp, province of Tarragona.

Located in the heart of the Costa Daurada, between the blue sea and the mountains, is the village Mont-roig. Its name comes from the characteristic red colour of its surroundings, “red mountain”, which offers a unique and charming landscape.  Mont-roig is a suggestive land, defined by the lines of olive trees, tinged by the seasonal changes, alive because of the effort of those who cultivate it.

The love for their land, their parents’ traditions and the respect for what nature creates feed the spirit with which we make a unique produce. Child of the time and the tradition, the olive oil can offer true emotions. The key that makes Olis Sole oil so unique is the process of elaboration. Olis Solé reaches a natural olive oil without any chemical processing or other substances that could alter the flavor, aroma and vitamins of the fruit.
